ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

What is Seeds of Service?

The Seeds of Service program is a collaboration between the Leadership Council and Weaver Elementary’s leadership program, The Ambassadors. This youth-led initiative offers a series of workshops designed to teach students valuable lessons in communication, emotional intelligence, the importance of volunteering, and exposure to different leadership styles and conflict-resolution techniques — hosted at Ambassadors meetings throughout the school year.

The second part of our program brings accessible and engaging community service opportunities to elementary schoolers, giving them the resources and information to foster proactive volunteering and service.
