Making a Bequest
A bequest can be structured as a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or a portion of what remains after providing for loved ones. You can arrange this through your will or trust, or by naming The Youth Center as a beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy, with the option to outline your gift’s intended use separately.

Unrestricted Expendable Bequest:
I hereby give (Amount) to THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOS ALAMITOS YOUTH CENTER INC, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, to support the objects and purposes of The Youth Center.
Unrestricted Endowed Bequest:
I hereby give (Amount) to THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOS ALAMITOS YOUTH CENTER INC, (hereinafter, “the Board”), a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit. The property comprising this gift may, for investment purposes, be merged with any of the investment assets of The Youth Center, but the gift shall be entered in the The Youth Center’s books and records as an endowed fund known as THE (Purpose) FUND (the “Fund”). The Board shall use the endowment payout from the Fund to support the objects and purposes of the The Youth Center.
