Allison Han
Co-President
Allison Han is a student at Los Alamitos High School and serves as Co-President of the Leadership Council. Passionate about youth advocacy, she works to create opportunities that encourage personal growth, leadership, and civic engagement. She is the founder of Outreach OverSEAs, a nonprofit supporting underserved students in Southeast Asia, and leads multiple student organizations focused on leadership and communication. Allison is dedicated to making a lasting impact through service, compassion, and empowerment.
Mylan Mauge
Co-President
Mylan Mauge is a student at Los Alamitos High School and serves as Co-President of the Leadership Council. She is passionate about ensuring young people feel heard, valued, and represented within their communities. In addition to her leadership role, she enjoys learning new languages, playing piano, and volunteering. Mylan is committed to creating positive opportunities for youth and helping her peers make meaningful contributions.
Adrian Lopez
Vice President
Adrian Lopez serves as Vice President of the Leadership Council and is a student at Los Alamitos High School. He is dedicated to empowering youth through education, leadership, and community involvement. Adrian founded Anatomy Adventure, a Youth Center program that introduces students to health and science topics, while also holding several leadership positions at school. Through service and advocacy, he strives to inspire positive change and help young people reach their full potential.
Kayla Teng
VP of Creative Engagement
Kayla Teng is a student at Oxford Academy and serves as the Leadership Council’s VP of Creative Engagement. She is passionate about amplifying youth voices and creating opportunities for young people to make a difference in their communities. Kayla is active in volunteer service, Girl Scouts, and literacy advocacy while pursuing interests in technology and cybersecurity. She hopes to foster an inclusive environment where creativity, leadership, and empowerment can thrive.
Abby Bednar
Director of Learning Development
Abby Bednar is the Director of Learning Development and a student at Los Alamitos High School. She is committed to helping younger generations grow into confident, capable leaders through mentorship and encouragement. Abby is active in Girl Scouts and choir and has a strong passion for environmental stewardship and advocacy. Through the Leadership Council, she hopes to inspire others while making a positive impact in her community.
Katelin Tang
Director of Marketing
Katelin Tang serves as Director of Marketing and attends the Orange County School of the Arts. With interests in culinary arts, hospitality, and communications, she actively pursues opportunities that strengthen her leadership and professional skills. Katelin is involved in yearbook, student organizations, and industry experiences that support her growth. She hopes to elevate youth voices while helping create a positive future for the next generation.
Ella Mendoza
VP of Outreach
Ella Mendoza is the VP of Outreach and a student at Los Alamitos High School. She is passionate about community involvement and strives to make a meaningful impact through service, leadership, and support for others. Her dedication to empowering youth is reflected in her work with Kindness Club and the Girl Scouts. Ella aims to inspire young people to use their voices and become active contributors in their communities.
Gatsby Lemus

Gatsby Lemus is the Director of Outreach and a student at Los Alamitos High School. He is committed to creating a supportive community where young people can pursue their goals and reach their full potential. Gatsby enjoys music and values lifelong learning, leadership, and personal growth. Through the Leadership Council, he hopes to strengthen community connections and help foster a positive environment for youth.
