Lina Lumme
Executive Director/CEO
Lina Lumme has led The Youth Center as Executive Director/CEO since 2010, bringing decades of nonprofit leadership, board service, and community impact. Her work has earned numerous honors, reflecting her strong commitment to youth development, education, and community service.
Haley Kamola
Programs Coordinator & Camp Director
Haley Kamola is a Youth Programs Coordinator with a background in film production and nonprofit leadership. A Chapman University graduate, she combines her creative skills and experience in fundraising, volunteer management, and youth programming to make a meaningful impact.
Amanda Hernandez
Sr. Fundraising Coordinator
Amanda Hernandez is a Human Services student with a foundation in psychology who began her journey at The Youth Center as a volunteer. Her dedication and passion for working with children led her to become a valued staff member focused on making a positive difference.
Hans Lumme
Teen Camp Director
Hans Lumme is an experienced educator and long-time Youth Center leader who specializes in mentoring and engaging youth. With nearly two decades of involvement, he fosters supportive environments for students while also leading community initiatives and volunteer efforts.
Valerie Teran
Programs Coordinator & Camp Director
Valerie Teran leads the After School Academy for middle school students, combining her teaching background with hands-on, engaging learning experiences. She is dedicated to helping students build confidence, discover their interests, and feel supported.

Program & Fundraising Coordinator
Holly is a Programs and Fundraising Coordinator who brings creativity and organization to camps, events, and initiatives at The Youth Center. With a passion for youth development, she focuses on creating engaging experiences that foster connection and lasting memories.
