As the newly appointed 2025 One Grand Project Chair, Michael Prencavage Jr. exemplifies the spirit of leadership and positive change within our community. A proud alumnus of Los Al High School and a lifelong supporter of the Griffins, Mike embodies the values of dedication and service, both in his personal life and professional career.
Mike is the second-generation owner of The Family Plumber in Los Alamitos, a business his father founded over 39 years ago. Guided by the philosophy of “new school mentality with old school values,” he has successfully continued the family legacy, earning a reputation for excellence in the plumbing industry. As the re-elected President of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association for Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, Mike has made significant strides in developing a plumbing trade school program that trains approximately 400 students each year.
Beyond his business accomplishments, Mike is deeply committed to making a difference in the community. He actively lends his support to The Youth Center, participating in numerous fundraising events, providing assistance in any way possible. As the One Grand Project Chair, Mike Prencavage Jr. is poised to drive meaningful change, bringing his vision and passion for community service to the forefront. With his leadership, The Youth Center will undoubtedly continue to flourish, impacting the lives of countless young people for years to come.
